All you need to do is register on the site (if you haven't already) and click the "Write a blog!" link on the frontpage (Menu).

If you want to see all the currently posted blogs you can click "History" (under 'User's blog' which is located just above the Poll), and Home for your personal blogspot.

The 5 most recent blogs are featured on the frontpage.

The same rules abide to the blogs as to that of the site and forum, which can be found here.
